• Send an email to CS@OXHIDELEATHER.sg using the order id sent to your email, to initiate the refund or exchange process. 
• In case of Refund , shipping charges to be borne by customer. 
• In case of Refund there will be a deduction of 3% commission if payment is done by credit card .
• Refund or exchange to be filed within 7 days. Product should not be used, packing to be preserved
